On behalf of the Plainville Fire Company and Fire Department, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported us over the last week as we mourned the loss of our brother, Firefighter Ray Moreau.

To the fire departments across the state who provided mutual aid coverage, thank you for standing by our side and giving us the time to process and grieve. Your dedication and support ensured that our community remained safe, when we were not in a position to serve them.

To the state agencies, police departments and honor guards, and all first responders who checked in on us, we can't say enough about how you helped us in our time of need.

We are also incredibly grateful to the local businesses and restaurants who stepped up without hesitation to provide food, drinks, and supplies. Your kindness reminds us of the strong community spirit that makes our small town such a special place.

To all of you who dropped off flowers, cards, stopped by to offer you condolences, and kept us in your thoughts and prayers, we thank you all so much.
