Last night, our membership trained on the safe deployment and usage of our new Paratech Maxiforce G3 Lifting airbags. The compliment includes (1) KPI-8 bag capable of lifting 9.1 US tons and a maximum height of 6.4 inches, (2) KPI-22 bags capable of each lifting 29.8 US tons and a maximum height of 10.8 inches, (1) Multiforce unit capable of 37.2 US tons and a maximum height of 16in. The Mulitforce had 0 problem lifting our heavy rescue truck off the ground! These bags will greatly increase our rescue capabilities. We’re excited to see what they can do during future trainings.
